While The Coach Inn garners excellent reviews overall, some customers note that seating can be an issue during peak hours. Larger groups sometimes find it tricky to strike a balance with seating arrangements; this can result in awkward placements. Many reviews also mention that the space becomes quite crowded, particularly on Sundays, which can diminish the intimate dining experience the pub often provides.
Additionally, a few patrons expressed a desire for more variety in the vegan and vegetarian offerings, hoping for a few more innovative dishes to cater to plant-based diners. Though the food and service receive high praise, some diners think room for improvement exists in handling busy periods more effectively.
Places like this are very hard to find. It's more than perfect. Children, dog, adults all welcome. Food is 5 stars. Management is on the ball.
Came here for some quick food with my mum and our wee dog and the service and food were impeccable. Greeted by a lovely waiter and offered a table inside as it was cold outside, in a quiet little spot. Immediately given some water for the dog, and the food was amazing and affordable. 10/10 would recommend.
Food was lovely. It's pub food done well. It came out in good time and service was good. The only downside was I was stuck on a stool at the end of the table because there was five of us, perfect for a group of four though lol
Lovely lunch at The Coach Inn with family, the roast beef dinner was gorgeous 😋, friendly service, nice atmosphere 👌
